Q: Where are the different parking lots and what does each color represent?
A: There are no public parking lots at Sugarloaf. Sugarloaf is a residential community and on-street parking is not allowed on roads close to Sugarloaf. Patrons without a Green Lot or Blue Lot parking pass need to go to the Orange Lot (Peachtree Industrial Blvd.) or the Yellow Lot (Gwinnett Place Mall). Q: When do the buses begin and end each day? At what intervals do they run during the day?
A: The buses start running one hour before the first tee time and stop running one hour after tournament play has finished for the day. The intervals that the buses run during the day fluctuate a bit depending on how heavy the crowds are but, on average, run about every 20 minutes.

Q: What time does the course open and close?
A: The course opens one hour before the first starting time and closes one hour after tournament play has finished for the day.

Q: What access does each of these allow?
A: All Tournament Badge - General grounds access to the tournament for the week.
A: Daily ticket - General grounds access, only good for one day.
A: Patio Club ticket - Access to the Patio Club and general grounds access for the day printed on the ticket.
A: Clubhouse badge or ticket - Access to limited areas of the Clubhouse, admission into the Patio Club, seating in the 18th hole bleachers on a first-come, first- serve basis and general grounds access either for the week if you have the badge or for the day printed on your ticket.

Q: What is the Patio Club?
A: The Patio Club is a lawn function area behind of the clubhouse overlooking the 18th hole. It has tables, chairs and a private vendor to purchase food and beverages.

Q: How do I redeem each of the following?
• PGA TOUR Partners Club pass or a Donation Letter
A: These items can be redeemed for the ticket(s) by mailing the original document to:

Make sure to include your name, address & phone number. The tickets will then be mailed to you.

Another way to redeem any of these items is at Will Call or at the Exchange Booth in either the Orange Lot or Yellow Lot.

• Any Day Coupon
A: The Any Day Coupon may be exchanged at Will Call or at the Exchange Booth in either the Orange Lot or Yellow Lot.

• Click-n-Print ticket
A: The only places to redeem your Click-n-Print ticket are at the Exchange Booth in either the Orange Lot or Yellow Lot.

Q: Can I be dropped off at the clubhouse?
A: No. The tournament and course are inside a gated community. In order to get into the neighborhood itself, the proper credentials are required.

Q: Can I be dropped off at the blue, red, green or white lots and catch the bus?
A: If the person dropping you off has the proper credentials to enter the lot, then yes, he/she can drop and leave you to catch the bus. If not, he/she can drop you at the orange or yellow spectator parking lots. There are no walk-ins allowed.

Q: Can I bring a chair?
A: Small collapsing golf chairs are allowed but they cannot be in any kind of bag.

Q: What is NOT allowed?
A: The following items will not be permitted on the golf course:
  • Cell phones. However, Cingular will provide a cell phone for your use in one of the Cell Phone Zones located behind the 18th green and by the 9th green.
  • Cameras or videos (except for practice rounds, May 14 – May 16). Only authorized members of the media with proper credentials may carry cameras on tournament days. During tournament rounds, cameras and videos will be confiscated and left at the Security Headquarters trailer located near #10 tee.
  • Radios without earpieces.
  • Signs or banners.
  • One gallon or larger coolers or igloos.
  • Backpacks and/or duffel bags of any kind.
  • Large folding lawn chairs and/or chairs-in-a-bag.
  • Step ladders of any kind.
  • Beepers (unless vibrating).
  • Weapons of any kind.

PGA TOUR security procedures ban entry of all backpacks, packages and other items larger than a small purse. Diaper bags are allowed in the tournament. However, they will be subject to search. This ban includes large camera carrying cases. As with cameras and cell phones, it will be necessary to have prohibited items either returned to the car or checked at the gate. All items such as purses, camera cases and other small personal carry items will be subject to search.

Q: When can I take pictures and get autographs?
A: Cameras are allowed Monday through Wednesday. Autographs are allowed Monday through Sunday in designated areas.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the gate?
A: Tickets can be purchased the day of the event in either the Orange Lot or Yellow Lot prior to boarding the buses. Cash only.

Q: Where is Will Call and what are the hours of operation?
A: Will Call is located at the Gwinnett Place Marriott at 1775 Pleasant Hill Road at Crestwood in Duluth. (East at Exit 104 off I-85). 770-935-3924.

Q: What are the accommodations for the physically disabled?
A: It is the policy of the AT&T Classic to provide a tournament that meets the needs of all spectators. Spectators with disabilities may require special accommodations and assistance to more fully enjoy our tournament. There are information booths and volunteers located on the course should assistance be needed.

Service animals are allowed.

Q: Who has access to the bleachers on the course?
A: Approximately 2,700 bleacher seats will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bleachers are located at holes 8, 10, 13 and 16. These are open to the general public. However, the grandstands at the 18th green require proper credentials to gain access. Those credentials include any square shaped badges, “mushroom” shaped paper tickets, Pro-Am money clips, and commemorative sponsor badges.

Q: Will there be ATMs on site?
A: ATMs will be located in the Outdoor Golf Shop behind the 18th green and at the halfway house between #9 green & #10 tee.

Q: What is the proper golf etiquette at the tournament?
A: Here are a few suggestions that will assist you and allow the contestants and spectators to have the most enjoyable week possible.
  • Do not ask for autographs during play.
  • Remain still throughout each shot and do not move until all players finish.
  • Kneel or sit down if you are in front row.
  • Do not stand behind or in line with a golfer’s lie or line to pin.
  • Dispose of trash properly.

Q: What is the youth policy?
A: During tournament week, children 12 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult (one child per adult). Youth have grounds access and may enter the credentialed areas only when accompanied by a properly credentialed adult.
